Privacy policy

This policy explains what CyberNetVoyage ("we") collects through cybernetvoyage.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions or requests: info@cybernetvoyage.com.
What we collect
Only what you send through the quote form:
- your name and e-mail address;
- company, service of interest and environment size, if you fill them in;
- your message;
- the site language you used and the country your request came from (derived by Cloudflare from your connection; we don't store your IP address).
Browsing the site without sending the form stores nothing about you on our side. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
To answer your request and follow up on it. We don't sell your data, use it for marketing lists or share it with anyone other than the providers below. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to messages sent to us (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f); LGPD art. 7, V and IX).
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site, stores form requests in its database (D1), protects the site against attacks and runs Turnstile, the check that keeps bots from sending the form. Cloudflare sees your IP address and browser details to do this. Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Resend delivers each request to our inbox by e-mail. Resend privacy policy.
- Zoho Mail hosts our mailbox, where requests and our replies are kept. Zoho privacy policy.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads. Google privacy policy.
These providers may process data outside your country, under their own safeguards.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to answer your request and any work that follows from it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to info@cybernetvoyage.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Brazil, the ANPD).
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
